#whiskey dinner @beardfoundation by @theflatironroom. My favorite dish of the night: Cast-Iron Red Drum #Fish with Corn–Peach Salsa, Bay #Scallops, Pickled Red Onions, #Coconut–#Scallop Mousse, and Tamarind Dressing. Very well balanced, flavors were unique and fantastic.
